¾ oz. Commissary Grenadine

¾ oz. Lime

 

Shake, strain into a chilled coupe

 

 

Fish House Punch

(serves 10-15)

750-ml aged rum

375-ml cognac

375-ml lemon or lime

187-ml Oleo-Saccharum

187-ml strong black tea

crème de pêche, to taste (optional)

Chill all ingredients, serve over ice.

Top with 750-ml sparkling wine or soda.

 

Garnish with lemon slices & grated nutmeg.
